5 Ingredient Leafy Greens

Ingredients

1 lb or 2 bunches of kale

2 garlic cloves
-
2 tbsp olive oil
-
1.4 tsp kosher salt
-
ground pepper to taste

lemon wedges (optional)

parmesan cheese (optional)
Directions

Wash and dry kale leaves, de-stem and roughly chop.

Mash and peel garlic cloves

Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and kale. Cook for three minutes, stirring frequently. Kale will be wilted and bright in color.

Remove from heat, add salt and ground pepper. Remove garlic cloves from skillet.

Serve immediately with lemon juice and or parmesan cheese, if using.
