Fair-Style Street Corn

We're missing the sounds, sights and smells of the Georgia National Fair this year. Hopefully this easy recipe will fulfill your need for an ear of that delicious ear of roasted corn that only the fair can provide. This recipe takes a fair great and adds a little twist. It tastes great roasted, but you can also pop the ears of corn on the grill instead if you prefer. 

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup parmesan plus more for serving
• 1/2 teaspoon chili powder plus more for serving
• 1 medium clove of garlic finely minced
• 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh cilantro or Italian parsley
• 4 ears sweet corn shucked
• 1 lime cut into wedges
