Georgia has over 42,000 farms that grow anything from Apples to Zucchini! Did you know that agriculture is Georgia’s number 1 industry and 1 in 7 adults are employed in agriculture? It’s important to expose agriculture to your students whenever you can so they can be part of our largest industry, or at least be able to advocate for it. You do not need to worry about finding the resources to use in person or virtually; I have searched the internet and found them for you! Below you will find free resources from A-Z to use.

Your local Farm Bureau is also a great source of information so be sure to reach out to them for additional resources. Click here to find their contact information. You can also contact the Ag in the Classroom Coordinator, Lauren Goble,  if you have any questions.
