SEASONED OYSTER CRACKERS

 

 

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 envelope dry Ranch style dressing mix

1-2 tablespoons dill weed

1 pound oyster crackers (about 1 1/2 bags)*

 

 

 

Preheat oven to 325º.

 

In a large bowl, combine oil, dressing mix and dill weed. Gently stir in crackers, coating well.

 

Spread crackers on a large baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

 

Store crackers in an airtight container until ready to serve.

 

 

*Use a good brand of crackers.
