HONEY GLAZED CARROTS

 

 

1 pound baby Georgia carrots

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons Georgia honey

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Parsley

Salt and Pepper to taste

 

 

 

In a medium saucepan cook carrots in boiling water until crisp tender, then drain. 

 

Combine butter, honey and lemon juice in saucepan over low heat.

 

Add drained carrots, salt and pepper, and stir until carrots are coated with the honey mixture.

 

 

Makes 4 servings.
