HERB GARLIC CHEESE
1 cup cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup butter, room temperature
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/4 teaspoon dried dill
In a mixer, beat cream cheese and butter until light and smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
Transfer mixture to mold or plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours. Freezes well.
Serve with crackers, ginger snaps, apple slices, etc. Also makes a great stuffing for chicken breasts.
