GEORGIA FRUIT SALAD
2 cups sliced Georgia peaches, peeling optional
1 cup Georgia blueberries
2 cups peeled and cubed Georgia watermelon
1 banana, peeled and sliced
1 medium Georgia cantaloupe, peeled and sliced
1 pint Georgia strawberries, hulled and halved
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
6 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed*
In a large decorative bowl layer fruit in order listed. Pour thawed orange juice over fruit. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Serve in small decorative bowls.
* Cook’s note: You may not be able to find a 6-ounce can of orange juice concentrate. The 12-ounce can is more common. If necessary, buy that and just use half of it.
