QUICK EASY DESSERT CUPS
1 cup rice cereal (like Rice Krispies)
1/2 cup chopped Georgia pecans
2 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons melted butter
2 cups whipped cream, homemade or store bought
4 cups mini marshmallows
1 can (20 oz.) fruit pie filling
In a small bowl, combine cereal, pecans, sugar and butter. In another bowl combine whipped cream and marshmallows.
Spoon cereal mixture in the bottom of a small ramekin or small individual bowl, then top with cream mixture.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
When ready to serve spoon pie filling on top of each bowl.
