EASY CHICKEN KABOBS
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2 inch cubes
1 1/2 cups store bought Italian salad dressing
Place chicken and Italian dressing in large storage bag, and allow to marinate in refrigerator for several hours.
Place 3 pieces of chicken on wooden skewers that have been soaked in water.
Grill until done, approximately 3 minutes per side.
Serve with ranch dressing.
Great for tailgating or a quick dinner.
