PLU Courses For Summer 2010
Join us this summer for a PLU course which will provide you with exciting materials for the classroom and an excellent opportunity to share with other educators.. all while learning how to use agriculture as a teaching tool with your students. The classes:
• are interdisciplinary
• are targeted to teachers in grades K-8
• place particular focus on Georgia
• are matched to state standards
• provide 2 PLU credits
• begin at 8:30 a.m. and end at 4:30 p.m. each day
Lunch is included all three days, and the course includes a field trip to area farms and agribusiness operations.
